Week 1 — Kickoff and equipment handover

Summary

The project officially started this week. We received the full equipment kit and split into working groups.

What we did

• Received the project equipment (drone, FPV goggles, batteries, RC, Raspberry Pi Zero 2, AI camera, MTF-01P, accessories).
• Formed sub-teams and agreed on initial responsibilities.
• Reviewed the project brief and the seven main tasks.

Next week

• Get familiar with the drone in its delivered state (flying, basic handling).
• Decide on the flight controller firmware to use going forward.
• Set up the documentation repository.
